Based on the initial consultation, we will calculate the initial costs and prepare a revenue and expense simulation.

Conclusion of a Contract

If you are satisfied with our proposal, we will confirm the business plan and management plan, and conclude a management consignment contract.

A system will be in place for you to entrust us with the overall management of your private accommodations.

    Preparation for Opening of Business

Based on the business plan, we will establish an unmanned operation system, coordinate interior design, and obtain necessary permits and licenses.
